Table describing the experiments (drug-cell combinations) contained in the Panacea dataset and merging it with the presence of TF_scores.

Parameters:

  • update (bool) – Whether to update the dataframe by fetching new metadata.

  • tf_scores_dir (str) – Directory where TF_scores files are located.

Return type:

DataFrame

Returns:

Data frame with all drug-cell line combinations and TF_scores availability.
